Deliveries

All orders placed before 16.00 Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. 

All deliveries timescales are estimates and are based on information from our suppliers and met 95% of the time.  If a specific time slot is required then we can cost this as with the manufacturer and carrier.

Our deliveries are based on UK Mainland only.  If deliveries are outside of the UK Mainland please contact the office for further details.

Product samples or materials cannot be delivered to a residential address. Commercial addresses only.

For orders under £100+VAT a £20+VAT delivery charge will be applied.

Deliveries are made to the kerb only and the buyer is responsible for all handling of materials from this point forward.

Be aware not all delivery vehicles will be equipped with a tail lift to move large pallets.

All materials are delivered to kerbside and must be dealt with by the client when signed for.

Refusal of delivery unless goods are faulty or damaged  will incur a redelivery charge.

Missing a delivery will incur a redelivery charge.
